Every product we make is fully custom — your photos, your names, your design. Once it's printed it can't be sold to anyone else. Earlier we completed a few orders that were never collected, and that loss falls entirely on a small handmade business like ours. So we now take a small advance to confirm the order before we start work. It's a fair, simple system that protects both of us — and you still only pay the balance after you've seen and approved your preview. 💗

No, we don't offer Cash on Delivery. Because every item is personalised and made to order, we work on an advance + balance basis instead: a small advance confirms your order, and the balance is paid after you approve the preview, just before we hand the parcel to the courier.

Our posters and polaroids are printed on premium 300 GSM photo paper with glossy lamination. Keychains and magnets use glossy photo paper and photograph.

Once your design is approved and payment is confirmed, we print and dispatch within 1–2 working days. Delivery within Tamil Nadu usually reaches you in 3–5 working days.

Yes, we ship across India. Free shipping applies only within Tamil Nadu on orders of ₹350 and above. For other states, message us on WhatsApp with your pincode and we'll confirm the courier charge.

Always. We send you a design preview on WhatsApp and we only print after you approve it — so there are no surprises when the parcel arrives.

UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm) and direct bank transfer. Payment happens in two parts: a small advance when you place the order, and the balance after you approve your preview and before we courier it. We share all payment details on WhatsApp. We do not accept Cash on Delivery.

Send the original photo from your gallery — not a screenshot or a forwarded, compressed image. Higher resolution always prints sharper. If a photo is too low in quality, we'll tell you before printing.
